Kile Antone Biography

Raised in the foothills of Pickens, South Carolina, I first picked up an instrument at the age of 14. I earned my calloused fingertips playing bluegrass and old-school country music at the Oolenoy Community House in Pumpkintown, where the music was honest, the people were welcoming, and the rhythm of the mountains shaped every note I learned.

As I grew older, my path led me to a small country church where I experienced the joy of singing and playing gospel music—the place where I was saved and where my love for music deepened in ways I’ll never forget.

My musical journey has been one of discovery, passion, and growth. From the first song that stirred something in my heart, music became both an outlet for emotion and a bridge to connect with others. Over the years, I’ve explored new genres, developed new skills, and overcome challenges that have shaped my sound and strengthened my dedication as a songwriter.

Every performance, every practice session, and every moment with an instrument in my hands has reinforced one thing: music is an essential part of who I am. It continues to inspire me to push boundaries, honor my roots, and create meaningful sounds that resonate not only with me but with everyone who listens. As I prepare my EPK for upcoming live performances, I reflect on how far my musical journey has taken me and the excitement of sharing it with others.

Kile Antone, a talented songwriter known for his contributions to country music, is married to Wendy. Together, they have three children and three granddaughters who support his musical journey, including his live performances and EPK.

My music is a reflection of my life—every experience, every emotion, every moment that has shaped who I am. As a songwriter, I follow my intuition, allowing melodies and chord progressions to unfold naturally. I love exploring new musical ideas within the realm of country music, and I've learned that the most powerful songs come from trusting the heart rather than overthinking the process.

My debut single, “A Glance,” co-written with Ron Jenkins of Murrells Inlet, SC, embodies that philosophy. It marks a significant step forward in my musical journey as both a songwriter and an artist. Released in September 2025, A Glance set the tone for what was to come.

My next release, “Drink Some More,” is a true-to-the-core country hit that tells the story of love lost and a life turned upside down. Be sure to check your favorite music streaming platform to hear my latest work.

Additionally, my latest single, "I'll Be There Soon," narrates a true life story of a couple that was married for 46 years. It is set to release in January 2026 and reflects my growth as an artist, showcasing my live performances and the emotional depth of my music.
